- Micro-level assessment of the current program, and performing hospital gap evaluation for technology upgrades, system improvements, permits and administrative and human resources requirements.
- Conduct education campaign, establish a steering committee and a reporting task force for documentation.
- Identify and define process approach
- Defines accreditation policy and sets goals
- Apply for NABH accreditation. Avail pre-certification audit of NABH.
- Taking action on NABH auditors' suggestions.
Then We Guide You
- Prepare information on the framework of quality monitoring, medical safety, regulation of sanitation and prevention of diseases, as well as handbooks.
- Implementation and training of all staff in the use of formats and procedures.
- Self-assessment of the system
- Train in-house auditors & perform evaluation of the program by first internal audit.
- For non-conformities take disciplinary steps & plan strategic review meeting
- Provide corrective measures for the assessors' final audit of NABH. Get accredited by NABH
